Terms & Conditions of Use i8my2 live – Read Before You Play

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the i8my2 live platform — including the website, mobile app, and all services provided — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please discontinue your use of the i8my2 live platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (as "Member") and i8my2 live (as "Platform Operator"). This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which together form the entire agreement between both parties.

To register and use the i8my2 live platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration. i8my2 live enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time.
• Is real individual acting on your own behalf – registering an account on behalf of another person or entity without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or restriction list held by any relevant regulatory body.
• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full name, an active phone number, and a valid email address.
• Each individual is only permitted one (1) account only. Multiple accounts using the same identity, phone number, email address, or banking details are strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your i8my2 live username and password. All activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or not — is considered your own action and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols — do not reuse the same password from other accounts.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Report any unauthorised account access to the i8my2 live support team immediately.

I8my2 live will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, it is a phishing attempt and should be reported to us immediately.

I8my2 live accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via approved local payment methods. All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be made in your own name — depositing using another person's account or card is not permitted.

I8my2 live does not charge any processing fees on deposits. Any charges imposed by third-party payment providers are beyond our control. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

Withdrawals at i8my2 live are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in the member's name. i8my2 live does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• No general daily withdrawal limit is set – VIP limits vary by membership tier.
• Your first withdrawal requires identity verification (KYC) – please provide a valid copy of your MyKad or passport.
• Processing time: regular members 2–4 hours; VIP members within 15–30 minutes on business days.
• All winnings earned using bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

I8my2 live reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawal requests for security review, anti-money laundering (AML) purposes, or verification of unusual transactions. In such cases, the member will be notified and asked to provide relevant supporting documents.

I8my2 live offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and periodic promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover Requirements: Every bonus carries a rollover requirement as specified in its respective offer. For example, the 100% welcome bonus up to RM500 has a 20x rollover requirement (deposit amount + bonus). This means if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, you must place cumulative bets totalling RM4,000 before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Timeframe: Most bonuses carry a validity period as stated — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonuses that expire will be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus rollover is still incomplete is not allowed unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute at the same rate towards rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in the terms of each bonus.
• Betting Limits During Rollover: While a bonus rollover is active, the maximum bet per hand or spin is RM50 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during an active rollover may result in the bonus being forfeited.

All games available on i8my2 live – including slots, live casino, poker, and table games – are operated by internationally licensed providers using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, or in the case of live casino, real physical cards, dice, and wheels. i8my2 live does not alter or manipulate any game outcomes.

• Results recorded by the i8my2 live system are final and binding in all circumstances.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game session that prevents the outcome from being verified, the round will be voided and the wager refunded.
• The use of automated software (bots), computer-assisted decision-making tools, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and i8my2 live's server records, the server records shall prevail.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is as stated by the respective provider and can be viewed in the game information. RTP is a long-term statistical value and does not guarantee winnings in any individual session.

The Sports Betting section of i8my2 live covers betting on football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and other selected leagues), badminton, e-sports, virtual sports, and other sports available on the platform. The following additional terms apply specifically to sports betting:

• Odds Change: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply — any change in odds after the bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets related to that event will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• Result Verification: Official rulings from the relevant sports governing body are final. i8my2 live uses recognised sports data sources to verify all results.
• Live Betting (In-Play): In-play betting is subject to betting limits that may differ from pre-match limits. i8my2 live reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time.
• Maximum Win Limit: The maximum payout from a single sports bet is RM100,000 unless otherwise stated on the bet slip.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i8my2 live platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering an account using another person's identity or falsified information.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any other technology to automate gameplay.
• Colluding with one or more players to manipulate the outcome of a poker game or table game.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse through multiple account registrations, use of a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions, or any other method of obtaining bonuses unlawfully.
• Using the i8my2 live platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity.
• Granting a third party access to your account to place bets or play on your behalf.

I8my2 live reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by members under the responsible gambling programme.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances not involved in fraudulent activity will be returned upon completion of the investigation. Members may appeal an account closure decision through customer support channels within 14 days of the closure notice.

For accounts inactive for 12 months, no maintenance fees will be charged — balances remain intact and can be accessed again once the member logs back in and verifies their identity.

The collection, processing, and use of your personal data by i8my2 live is governed entirely by Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement. By using the i8my2 live platform, you agree to the data processing practices as described in that Privacy Policy.

In summary, i8my2 live collects and uses your data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Processing financial transactions and maintaining account records.
• Providing customer support services.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Enhancing user experience and product development.

I8my2 live does not sell or rent members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with service providers required for platform operations (such as payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements.

The i8my2 live platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure optimal platform availability and performance, i8my2 live does not guarantee that the platform will operate entirely free of interruptions, technical errors, or system faults.

• I8my2 live is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or interruptions beyond our control.
• I8my2 live is not responsible for any game or betting decisions made by members. All wagering decisions are entirely the member's own responsibility.
• This platform is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute a financial investment. Playing with more than you can afford to lose is a risk borne entirely by the member.
• The maximum liability of i8my2 live to any member under any circumstances is limited to the value of deposits made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

I8my2 live reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

For material amendments — meaning changes that significantly affect members' rights or obligations — i8my2 live will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or urgent legal compliance requirements.

It is the member's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
